Charles William Francis Noel, 3rd Earl of Gainsborough (20 October 1850 – 17 April 1926) was a British peer. He succeeded his father, Charles Noel, 2nd Earl of Gainsborough, to the earldom in 1881. He married, firstly, Augusta Mary Catherine Berkeley (d. 1877) on 9 May 1876. They had one daughter: * Lady Agnes Mary Catherine Noel (9 October 1877 - 1 March 1915). She died unmarried and without issue. He married, secondly, Mary Elizabeth Dease (d. 17 November 1937) on 2 Feb 1880. They had five children: * Lady Norah Ida Emily Noel (4 January 1881 - 23 May 1939). She married Robert Charles Graf Bentinck (London, 5 December 1875 - 12 March 1932) on 8 September 1915.
